types of commissions

if you are seeing this website while it still has multiples of the same image, i apologize in advance - this is still under construction! my prices and everything else is still up to date and correct if you would still like to commission me!

illustration> headshot - $60 USD
> bust - $85 USD
> full body - $115 USDshading is included in the above price. all illustrations come fully rendered. if this is not something you want, we can discuss this and any price changes.if the artwork requires extra details (backgrounds, props, etc), these will also incur additional prices, which will be discussed with the client where needed.

chibi> $60 USDchibis are not shaded and will never be offered with shading. the only backgrounds offered for chibis are flat colour with soft overlay decor.

pet portait> $85 USDpet portraits can include silly overlay doodles if the client would like - the client will be sent versions both with and without either way. this is included as an optional add-on in the above price.

extra costs
- extra characters are always an extra +75% of the total price. for example: a fullbody with two characters would cost $201.25 USD, two chibis would be $105 USD, etc. these charges apply to characters per image, two different commissions on separate canvases are the same base price for both. prices subject to change depending on what the client is asking for.

how to order
- read through my terms and conditions - by commissioning me you automatically agree to these, so please ensure you have read and understand everything thoroughly.
- fill out this commission request form ↗. remember to pick a preferred contact method on the form!
- we discuss the details and final cost of your commission, you pay the full cost before i start.
- i will send you updates after the sketch, linework, and simple colour, you must approve these at each step before i progress to the next stage.
- when everything is finished you are given the final file (PNG file with glaze overlay to protect from AI)

terms and conditions

by commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms, so please ensure you read them thoroughly.

> general
- my terms and conditions, and pricing, may be updated as i consider necessary. the current terms and conditions and pricing will always be followed at time of approval.
- i have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

> payment
- full payment is paid upfront before i begin.
- no refunds will be given.
- only one major revision is allowed during the sketching stage. one medium revision is allowed during the lineart stage, and only two to three minor revisions will be allowed from then on. anything more than this will incur further fees. please ensure you let me know about a wanted change immediately as i will not do major revisions when the piece is finished.

> deadlines
- i aim to complete your commission within 1 month from when i received the full payment. i regularly update my queue tracker ↗ for clients to refer to.
- delays are possible and the client will be informed accordingly.
- i do not accept rush orders or client deadlines.
- my process is as follows: sketch approval > lineart approval > simple colour approval > final approval. clients will always be sent a WIP for each stage, and i will only move on when the client approves it. if the approval takes over 24 hours, my 1 month deadline extends to cover this.

> usage & intellectual property rights
- my work can not and must not be used for blockchains, NFTs, crypto, AI, AI training, or any future related technology.
- as the artist, i still retain all rights to my art, and the client is not allowed to claim my artwork as theirs. i am allowed to post said finished work on my various social media accounts and portfolios. if posted on social media, you will be tagged if i am aware of your handle.
- the client can post the finished commission as they please, with credit. you can credit me by tagging me on various social media websites.
- the client is not allowed to claim, trace, copy or alter the commission as their own.
- the client cannot earn any profit/income off of this commission. i do not offer commercial rates and the client does not have the right to use the commissioned work as such.
